Free admission

Admission to Granby Park is free. Visitors to the site are free to come to the park
during the stated opening and closing times.

Visitors will only be allowed in and out of the park during the stated opening and
closing times.

Visitors who do not comply with this will be refused entry from all park events
during the four weeks it is open.

Complaints or compliments

Any complaints or compliments should be sent in writing to info@upstart.com

Running Order Changes

Any changes to the running order will be marked on line-up boards beside stages and through Facebook and Twitter. UpStart may change the line-up at any time before or during the park without notice.

Other T&C’s

In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all guests the Management reserves the right to refuse admission.

Upstart is unable to accept liability for personal damages, losses or injuries sustained at Granby Park – including damage and losses to property and motor vehicles, if the cause is due to the negligence of the individual or theunforeseeable actions of other patrons.

Please do not leave valuables in the park.

Strictly no trading allowed within the arena without the Premises License Holder’s consent.

No unaccompanied under 12′s are allowed on site.

Disabled Facilities are available.

Please use the litter bins provided and please do not drop litter on your way to or from the Park.

No unauthorized buses, coaches or trucks will be allowed on site.

The following items may not be brought into the arena: Alcohol, Drinks Bottles, Cans, Illegal Substances, Portable Laser Equipment and Pens, Unauthorized Professional Film or Video Equipment, Audio Recorders, Fireworks and Flares. All Items will be confiscated.

Food for personal consumption only may be allowed into the Theatre and Cinema. There are food stalls on site.

You may be body searched at the entrance. Any items, which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon, will be confiscated.

Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the park or other parts of the site may be searched.

No animals other than guide dogs are permitted on site.

The burning of plastics or other toxic materials is not permitted.

To protect your own safety and those of other guests, please act responsibly.

Warning: excessive exposure to loud music may cause damage to your hearing.

No entry to the park after midnight (each night).

Have plenty of fun at Granby Park

CCTV and film crews will be on-site. Visitors may be filmed or sound recorded. Footage will be used for advertising the park.
